Available office space waits in shell condition for new tenant improvement. Installation customized to meet your exact requirements with a $25/rsf tenant improvement allowance.

Maintenance

In addition to an on site management office, the Capital Building provides full-time, on-site maintenance personnel.

Parking

For the convenience of its tenants and guests, The Capital Building offers a well designed three level parking deck. The third floor of the deck is connected to the building through an adjoining bridge. The parking deck may be accessed at the first floor.

Handicap parking is available and located in front of the main entrance.

Tenants & visitors enjoy valet parking from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Guests of the Capital Grille may valet during normal restaurant hours of operation.

The Penthouse is home to The Capital Grille, one of Atlanta’s most desired fine dining experiences. Boasting mouthwatering, cooked to order prime beef and market fresh seafood, The Capital Grille is a must do for locals and business travelers.
